Negative Nelly

An emotional Intelligence Incursion

Negative Nelly is an interactive, musical puppet show for Prep - Grade 3 students to promote and support student wellbeing.

Nelly’s low reading confidence has resulted in a fixed mindset about her ability to learn. With help from her best friend Paulo, her sassy cat Gingerbread, and her quirky, singing teacher, she learns that attitude is everything and she has the keys to success!

  • These 1 hour incursions are designed to be performed in a large space to groups of 150-300 students.

    The shows involve music, video, live performance. Shows include group games and interactive elements as well as select student performance opportunties.

    At the end of the show, there is question time and discussion of show themes.

    Performers require set up and pack up time between performances.
